Enjoyed all three. Excellent mixture.
All three are well formed and well written. I like these.
Just lovely :) :)these go together well. My favorite is the last.
Lovely write. Well done.Melanie
Hi Morning ~~ I like your set, each verse goes together nicely with the other. ..BTW, I am counting those by sex who are led by their muse from 'river' to 'love'. So far it is one female to two males out of six reads. This includes me although I really didn't think many would go this way...
I really liked this and don't even like haiku.Well done.
Good three, the last one sounds a bit naughty!
Very lovely each one leading into the other, yes love brings with it certain duty for sure.
I so admire poets that write in form.. me being a free-verse writer so enjoyed all three of these..loverly words!!
All are lovely! Like the first as it happens most times in either forbidden or unrequited love.Hank
A great combination of the prompts and haiku!
Wonderful compilation! Nicely done!http://charleslmashburn.wordpress.com/2011/10/09/three-in-dreams/
I like the love river. So many enjoyable lines in this poem.
thin ice in cold rivers-- cool image!
It is definitely a scary jump for many. Lovely poem.
You did it well and combined two prompts too!! A good blend!!
Great combination of all three and the prompt.
I'm starting to enjoy haikus I think! At least if they're as good as these! Great job, Morning!
Very lovely write. Love the middle stanza/haiku. Nicely done, thanks
Thanks for sharing your big messages in a small, compact way! I love that image too.
Sometimes love does seem impossible, doesn't it. Lovely
Always a joy to read your piece.Especially love the second part.Guess I am a hopeless romantic.
Great write! So concise.
Morning your haiku are so well written full of love, romance, and I think you are right it would be hard to jump in the cold river without loves call.http://gatelesspassage.com/2011/10/10/the-bird-of-love/
Nicely done. This is very to the point.
Very nice combination! I like the idea of the first one best!
I liked 'thin ice in cold rivers'
I've skated there before...on that thin ice...Impossible Flame
