Love Is...

Chasing Rainbow By Jude Underwood

Thursday Flash Fiction Week 28: Innocence and Dreams

Hyde Park Thursday Poets Rally Week 74 (October 4 -October 10)

 #####

Love is
A rain of cello strings
In the wind,
.
The mind’s cake
Sliced evenly,
.
The old faithful
Springing at the heart of light.
.
Deep in dark waters
unlocked lips, sunlit lurking.
.
A castle,
Not of rocks but snowy clouds beyond
The reach of earth,
.
One single expression
to the unfrenzied space,
.
The sips of honey near the cabinet
The bite into bread again.

  10. You painted a fantasy here. Everybody would love 'love' this way but then again reality sets in. Nice write.
