Today, President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama kicked off the resumption of East Wing and Executive Residence tours by surprising White House tour guests in the Blue Room.
Followers of the First Lady's Twitter and Instagram accounts were given the first heads up that something special was about to happen:

The President and First Lady welcomed guests with handshakes and hugs. Bo and Sunny made an appearance and guests of all ages affectionately patted and pet the pups.

Medical tests are powerful,
Love tests are playful.

Tests are no fun
Unless you are well done.
You cry when you have to retry to score high.

It's mid-December,
Academic semester is about to be over,
Final exams may have kept you busy, remember.

A love test is tricky
If you miss the chance to prove yourself.
You may loss the one you love in case your lover is picky.

For once I don't want a steaming cup of coffee
and hear the clomp clomp of my boss' high heels
for once in my life I want to be taken away
to the rivers and mountains on my four wheels
where the birds chirp all day long
and the whole place is carpeted with green
where fresh milk and curd comes from the cows
and no technology can be heard or seen
just the clouds, the river, the mountains and the sun
and at night beneath the countless stars I shall sleep
in the morning the sun will kiss my face
